Editing Users

To edit an existing user

Note: You may not be able to change the scope of a user if they are assigned a pending request or an open assessment.  A warning message will identify to the application what entities they are attached to.

Note: Scope: Level of access granted. "PNC" will give the user full access to all data within service manager. The further you define the scope the less a user will have access to.

Note: Administrator role membership is required to make changes to an existing user.

A user cannot be saved if the mandatory fields are not completed.  Removing the user name will prevent access to the system.

Note: You cannot edit a user if they are in a higher scope than you.

Troubleshooting

Why is a button missing / greyed out? See Action Buttons in Navigation/Graphic rules.

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
