Additional Information

The supporting information for a referral such as referral next steps, contact information for installation / assessment or any other referral information that is not contained within the other elements can be populated within this section.

Additional Information section will be made visible to the receiving service within the Referral notes section of Service Manager.

Referral notes are limited to 1024 chars and is an optional field within the submission.
