Assessment Entity
The Assessment section allows the Referrer to send through some supporting referral information in relation to the risks, outcomes and medical conditions so that the Service Provider can set up the service based on known information from the Referrer.
This section is separated into the following elements:
Additional information
Expected outcomes
Medical conditions
Risks
Risks to Monitor.
When an assessment is created a next review date is set for the Service user. This next review date is system generated and by default is 12-months from the referral date but can be configured per deployment.
