Contact Types

The relationships of the contacts to the service user need to be defined, so that the relationship of a Service User is known.  

These values are typically defined by the control centre that are receiving alarm calls and care should be taken to consult with the Alarm receiving centre before defining these values as it is them that need to know the relationship to the Service User when a call is received.  

This information should be supplied within the Service user section of the Service order, specifically this elements: <contactType>Responder</contactType>.
