Input Date

This field will map to the data that the referral is entered into the system that is sending the data.  The input date and the referral data may differ as the data may be input but the actual referral may not be submitted for several days after data is entered due to some data being missing.  


Input data must be supplied in standard ISO date in the format YYYY-MM-DDZ where 'Z' represents a universal time zone.  If a time is also required then this will be universal for example YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ.
