Person Title Strings

The person title strings need to be configured within the document service so that the salutation when answering a call within the call handling system is correct.  Examples for this are Mr, Mrs Etc.  These title stings will be supplied for the Referrer, Service User, and Contacts within the element xs:element name="title" type="xs:string".

The default title strings that are accepted without configuration changes are:

• Unknown
• Dr
• Lord
• Rev
• Mrs
• Miss
• Mr
• Sir
• Lady
• Ms
• Dame
