Revise a Template

To revise a published template

• From Home Select Administration
• Select Form Design
• Select the template name from the Form Design Grid
• Select [Revise] to open the Form and proceed to make revisions
• This will create a new draft version of the Form

Edit the Name, scope, sections, questions and answers as per the Create New Template Section.

Note: At any stage the Assessment can be saved in draft format and edited later, draft templates can never be selected within the application.  When a template is being revised the previous version will still be editable
