Viewing Stock Item Notes

Stock item notes are added when a stock item edit is completed.  

To view stock item notes

• From the home page Select Inventory
• Select Search Stock
• Search for a Stock Item (for more information see section Searching for Stock)
• Use the hyper-link to Select the item of stock
• Expand the notes section to view the notes

The notes can be further filtered to just show:  

• Particular note reasons
• Created By
• Created On
• Or any combination of the above

Note: The notes for the stock item will be sorted automatically by the date the note was last created
