Viewing Stock Item History

Stock item audit history is updated when the location or status changes.

To view stock item history

From the home page Select Inventory
Select Search Stock
Search for a Stock Item (for more information see section Searching for a Stock)
Use the hyper-link to Select the item of stock
Expand the Allocation History to view the Stocks allocation history

The Audit History can be further sorted by:

Note: The audit history for the stock item will be sorted in chronological order
