Amend an Item of Stock

Amend Stock

• From the Home page Select Stock  
• Select Stock , this will display a list of Stock
• Select the search box
• Enter a search criteria (I.e.: Stock  name )
• Select Search
• Select the Pencil to edit the details
• Update details as required
• Enter part codes if you are using bar code scanning

Note: Predefined stock cannot have their Manufacturer Name, Stock Type or Stock Name edited and they cannot be archived, however you can add and edit Additional Stock Characteristics that are required for Bar Code Scanning

Note: Tunstall Product details required for bar code scanning can be found within the Appendix

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
