Archive an Item of Stock

Archive an Item of Stock

Amend Stock

• From the Home page Select Stock  
• Select Stock , this will display a list of Stock
• Select the search box
• Enter a search criteria (I.e.: Stock  name )
• Select Search
• Select the [Trash Can]
• Select [OK]

OR

• Select [Cancel] to cancel the archive without saving

Note: Predefined items of stock cannot be archived

Note: Archiving a Stock will mean that it cannot be scanned as a new stock item through the        goods in process

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
