Assigning Application Users to Stores

The stock controller will have the ability to assign application users to a store so that there is an audit history of who was responsible for a stock and if in the role of technician you will only be able to allocate from stores that you are assigned to. An existing store can be edited and application user assigned by selecting the store name from the store management home page.

Assign users to stores

From the Home page Select Inventory
Select Stores

Search for required store (Secondary only)

Select the Assign Users action button next to the appropriate store

Use hyper-link to select the store, which will open the store details page
Select [Edit]
Select the [Assign Users]

Drag a user from the Left column to the Right column
Select [Save] to assign the users

Select [Cancel] navigate away without saving changes

Note: This can only be carried out on secondary stores

Note: If in the role of technician you will only be able to allocate from stores that you are assigned to
