Setting Stock Levels

The stock controller will have the ability to update and maintain stock levels for particular products.  

Minimum levels are set for reporting and will alert if the stock levels are low.  The minimum stock level can be set for all items of stock within the primary store locations.  Stock levels in secondary store cannot have a minimum stock level set.  

An existing store can be edited and have the stock levels set by selecting the store name from the store management home page.  

To set stock levels

• From the Home page Select Inventory
• Select Stores
• Search for required store
• Select Edit Stock Levels action button next to the appropriate store

OR

• Use hyper-link to select a store, which will open the store details page
• Select [Edit]
• Select [Edit Stock Levels]
• Update Min Level with required minimum order level
• Select [Save] to set all of the stock levels

OR

• Select [Cancel] to navigate away from the page without saving

Note: Minimum reorder levels are set in the minimum level column. Values will default to 0
