Medical Conditions
The medical conditions can be supplied to the Service provider so that they can best pick their Telecare prescription based on the medical conditions of the Service User. These medical conditions such as below may assist the Service provider in their monitoring duties.
These need to be defined in the configuration file before they are supplied within the assessment section of the Service Order, specifically in the section <xs:element name="medicalCondition" type="xs:string"
The default accepted values for these are listed below without any configuration changes:
