Recording the Ownership of a Stock Item
Enables the ability to record the ownership of stock.
Ownership can be updated as part of:
- A change or installation request
- Stock search and edit function
- Goods in process
Search for Stock item
- From the home page Select Inventory
- Select Search Stock
- Search for a Stock Item (For more information see section Searching for a Stock)
- Select the Pencil to edit the stock item
Set Equipment Owner
- Select the [Pencil] to enable the select Owner box
- Enter search criteria to filter the owner list OR select the owner from the list. Hover over the information icon to reveal the scope of the owner being selected.
- Select the owner by checking the tick box
- Select [Save]
- Select [Cancel] will exit without saving changes
Remove Equipment Owner
- Select the [Pencil] to enable the select Owner box
- Uncheck the tick box
- Select [Save]
- Select [Cancel] will exit without saving changes
