Setting a PNC Equipment ID

Enables the ability to allocate a PNC Equipment ID to a Telecare Alarm Unit whilst it is in stock.

Search for Stock item

From the home page Select Inventory
Select Search Stock
Search for a Stock Item (For more information see section Searching for a Stock )
Select the Pencil to edit the stock item

Set PNC Equipment ID

Enter number into the PNC equipment ID section.
The next five available IDs will also be displayed for selection with the Control Centre that the stock item resides.
Enter a justification reason
Enter a note
Select [Save]

Select [Cancel] will exit without saving changes

To remove a PNC Equipment ID

Delete the ID in the field
Enter a justification reason
Enter a note
Select [Save]

Select [Cancel] will exit without saving changes

Once a PNC equipment ID is set, the stock item will be available for selection within the request details through the select pre-programmed ID pathway.
