Referrer Entity
The person that makes the referral is called the referrer.
This referrer is likely to be person who is questioned if there is a query with the data supplied on the referral or is there is a problem with the processing of the referral.
The referrer details must be supplied, failure to provide these details will result in the referral being rejected by the Telecare Referral service and a referral rejected NACK being generated.
