Service Agreement Histories
The History tab of a Service Agreement allows application users to see the previous activity that has happened
- Status History - Shows the number of days a Service Agreement was Pending, Active, and Terminated for
- Service Level History - The Service Level set against the Service AGreement, whether it was calculated or set manually and how many days it was at each level for
- Previous Agreements - If a Service Agreement has been reactivated, any previous agreements are shown here
