Status History
- Search for a Service Agreement
- Select the hyper link the Service Agreement
- Select the History tab, then Status History
- Current State and number of days its been at that state displayed at the top
- Previous states and dates are shown in table below

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
