Service Level History
- Search for a Service Agreement
- Select the hyper link the Service Agreement
- Select the History tab, then Service Level History
- Current Service Level and number of days its been at that level displayed at the top
- Previous levels and dates are shown in table below
- The last column shows whether the Service Level was set manually or calculated
