Previous Agreements

If the Service Agreement was created by reactivating a terminated agreement

• Search for a Service Agreement
• Select the hyper link the Service Agreement
• Select the History tab, then Previous Agreements
• The previous terminated Service AGreement will be displayed in the table
• Select the link to view the terminated agreement

       Note: This table will be blank if there are no previous agreements

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
