The referral urgency is a tag that is associated to the referral to indicate the urgency.
Typically the urgency will be associated with a Service Level so that the Telecare Service is aware of the expected referral processing duration from Referral Date to Installation.
By default this Urgency should be Standard, unless the referrer and the Telecare Service agree that particular cases that are referred require an Urgent flag.
Urgency is a mandatory tag and should either be Standard or Urgent.
