Service User Data

The service user section is separated into several distinct areas.  

The first section is the Service User details, who the message is about, their key identifiers such as NHS number and Social care reference number.

The next section is the contacts / responders for that Service user, i.e. Who should we contact if there is an accident?  Who should we alert?

There is a specific section with dwelling characteristics to enable the Telecare Service to be provided/installed, i.e. phone and power.

Finally there is an address for the service user.
