Work Location and Department
The work location is the company or organisation that the referrer works for. This organisation must be held within the configuration file on the Telecare Web Service. Failure to configure the Organisations will result in the Referral being rejected.
The department is a sub-directory of the work location that the referrer works for. This department must be held within the configuration file on the Telecare Web Service. Failure to configure the departments will result in the Referral being rejected.
It is possible to just to have an Organisation without department, but if greater granularity is required on where the referrals are coming from then departments should be entered on the Telecare document.
