Create New Template - Questions

Questions

Adding new questions to your form build will allow this question and answer set to be used by other users at a later date.  

The question that you are adding might have been used on a previous template – see Existing templates

Add New Questions to Sections

• Select the section to which you wish to add Questions to
• Select [New] to add a new Question
• Enter the text for the Question
• Select the type of Answer from the drop down list
• Select whether the Question is Required and if there is a comments box with the answers
• Leave the answer sets until all the questions are added
• Select [OK]
• Repeat for all Questions and Sections

Use Existing Templates to Add Questions  

• Select an existing template and section
• Select the [+] at the side of the question to add the existing question and answers to the selected Section

Re-order Questions in Sections

• Expand the section
• Drag and drop the question up and down the desired section until the order is acceptable

Repeat this process until all the Sections have the desired questions and then start to add the answers to the questions.
