Answers

Add Answers to Questions

• Select the section, and expand it so that you can see all of the questions and possible answers.  
• Select the Edit Icon [Pencil] next to the question you want to add answers to (this will then come into focus in the top left)
• Select Answer Type
• Select an Answer Set
• Select [Edit Answers]
• Type a new answer and click [Add]

OR

• Delete existing answers [Trash Can]
• Finally [Save] when the correct answers are displayed

OR

• [Cancel] to back out the question edits

Repeat this process until all the Sections have the desired questions and each question the desired answers.  Once these has been completed the Form may need to go into an internal review, with several edits before it is eventually published and used.
