Edit a Draft Template

To edit a draft template

• From Home Select Administration
• Select Design Forms
• Select the template name from the Form Design Grid
• Select [Edit]

Edit the Name, scope, sections, questions and answers as per the Create New Template Section.

Note: A published template cannot be edited, it can only be revised.

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
