Dwelling Characteristics
Dwelling Characteristics allow a Referrer to stipulate that they have checked some specific details of the dwelling prior to referral, as without these details being checked it could result in a delay in the provisioning of the Service.
Section within the XML: </dwellingCharacteristics>
A phone socket is required for the standard alarm offering, so an indication from the referrer that they have a phone socket and that this has been checked is useful information to provide to the service provider at the point of making an order.

A power socket is required for the standard alarm offering, so an indication from the referrer that they have a power socket and that this has been checked is useful information to provide to the service provider at the point of making an order.

The tenure of the property can be recorded so that the referrer can inform the Service Provider who the owner of the property is. This is used as an indicator of consent for installation so that there is no delay with the installation due to not gaining permission. Expected results are Owned or Rented or Other.
