Date of Death

Date of Death is an optional field on the Telecare Service Order.

If supplied Date of Death must be supplied in standard ISO date in the format YYYY-MM-DDZ where 'Z' represents a universal time zone.  If a time is also required then this will be universal for example YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ.
