Date of Birth

Date of Birth must be supplied on the Telecare Service Order so that it is accepted and processed by the Telecare Document service.

Date of Birth must be supplied in standard ISO date in the format YYYY-MM-DDZ where 'Z' represents a universal time zone.  If a time is also required then this will be universal for example YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ.
