Request Tasks

Requests can be broken down into smaller chunks of work by using tasks, the available tasks can be configured see Task Types

Each Task on a request can have a form associated to it

Each Task can be assigned to a different Technician

A Task cannot be completed until all forms associated to it are completed

A Request cannot be completed until all tasks associated to it are completed or cancelled

Any Service Agreement details that are completed as part of a task form, will update the domain on their completion
