Request History

Request History

A history of the Request can be viewed, showing who was Responsible and Assigned to the Request and the number of days

• Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement

• Select a service agreement to open the service agreement summary page
• Select the pending Request from the Recent Activity or the bit under the picture???

OR

• Select the Requests tab
• Select the [Pencil] to edit the request
• Select the History icon next to the Request State

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
