Edit Request
Several sections of the request are editable and this section of the help file details how to do these edits.
- The request priority allows application users to edit and set the priority of a request.
- Who created the request and when (Non editable)
- Who last modified the request and when (Non editable)
- Who referred the Service User (Non editable)
- Who is assigned the request i.e. the person currently managing the request (Editable)
- Who is responsible for the request i.e. (Editable)
- When the request should have a Next Action performed against it (Editable)
- Request State: Pending, Closed or Cancelled (Non editable)
- Request Links (Editable)
- Equipment Details / Actions (See Pick Stock, Allocate Stock, Configure Stock, Maintain Stock and De-allocate Stock Sections of this help file)
- Request notes
- Request Controls (Cancel Request, Edit, Complete Request, Save, Cancel)
