Allocate Stock Item

The system will provide the ability to allocate stock to a service user as part of a new installation request or as part of a change request.

Note: The allocate button will be disabled if the assessment is out of date

Note: If no stock is in the selected store then no stock items will be displayed. Changing the store will change the stock items on view.

Note: All Stock Item details are editable, including the Stock owner, the PNC Equipment Telephone number and the other stock item characteristics, through the Maintain stock item page.

Note: If the stock is not in the stores for selection i.e. when a pre-programmed PNC Equipment ID has been selected then the user will be notified that the stock is not within the store.  A stock transfer must be completed.
