Maintaining Stock Item

The system will provide the ability to maintain stock for a service user as part of a request. Stock items will be typically be updated as part of an annual service or as part of a one-off maintenance fault that has been reported.

Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement or Search Request
Select a service agreement to open the service agreement summary page

Select the Requests tab to display the requests.

Select the [Pencil] to edit the request

Select the [Pencil] Action button to edit the stock item

Select a Stock Item by selecting the hyper-link in the Request Stock Item Details Section of the Request and select [Edit]
Edit the stock item details and [Save] the stock details.

Select [Cancel] the reverse the edits made.

Note: Stock item details cannot be edited until a stock item has been allocated.

Stock Item Notes

Once a stock item is in edit mode stock item notes can be added and archived, to record the current location, sensor settings and any other general notes about the selected stock item

Add New Stock Item Note

Select [Add] to add a new note
Enter note details and select [Save]

Select [Cancel] to stop the creation of a new note

View / Archive Existing Stock Item Note

Select the note hyperlink and view the details
Select the [Archive] button to archive the note

Select [Cancel] to exit the note archiving
