Request States
A request will go through three states of change
- A Pending request is when a request is in progress so there is work on-going to the service user. If there is a request in progress and there are multiple service users at the property then another change request cannot be created.
- A Closed request is a request that has gone through change and had all actions completed.
- A Cancelled request is a request that has been stopped without effecting any change. See cancel requests for further details.
Troubleshooting
