Cancel an Installation Request

A request may be cancelled before an installation request has been completed.

When cancelling a request the application user must enter a cancellation reason. The cancellation reason are selected from a list of cancellation reasons that can be configured, see Cancellation Reasons

Note: If an installation request is cancelled then the Service Agreement will be terminated and the Service User and Dwelling (if created) will be removed from PNC. Dwellings will only be archived in PNC if the resident being cancelled is the final resident.

Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement or Search Request
Select a service agreement to open the service agreement summary page
Selecting the Request tab and then select the request that is open
Select [Edit] in the request details
Select [Cancel Request] which will open the Cancel Request Reason window
Select Cancellation Reason
Select [Cancel Request]

Select [Cancel] to cancel the cancellation

Note: The reasons for selection can be assigned a scope.
