Complete Decommission Request

At the end of an Agreement the Service User will have their Service Agreement terminated through a decommission process.  Any stock items that are not remaining in the property with other Service Users will be de-allocated and the decommission request closed. This action will set the Terminated on date, the Termination reason and the status of the agreement will be set to Terminated.

Note: All de-allocated stock items will be transferred to the store selected during the de-allocation process.  

Note: Once the final Service user is removed from a property then the record in PNC will be archived.  If a date of death is inserted in the Service User details then the Service User will remain on PNC.  On PNC the service user's name will be displayed in red with a strike through.  This service user can be removed through the 'Archive Service User' button on the terminated Service Agreement

Note: When closing a decommission request with stock items remaining such as a dispersed scheme or a scheme dwelling the Service User will be archived within PNC and a new empty/voided scheme dwelling will be created.  This new Service Agreement will be ready for the new prospect to be moved into through the address match and referral validation.

Note: If using tasks, all forms must be completed and task completed or cancelled before Complete Request button becomes available
