Assigning Application user and Next Action

Request Assignments

A request can be assigned to application users so that they can manage the request within their workspace.  The application user can optionally assign themselves or a colleague to be responsible for a request or in fact set a date when the request should be next dealt with via a next action by date.

• Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement

• Select a service agreement to open the service agreement summary page
• Select the pending Request from the Recent Activity or the bit under the picture???

OR

• Select the Requests tab
• Select the [Pencil] to edit the request
• Set the Assigned to by entering part of the application users name and select.  Do the same for the responsible field
• Select [Calender] to assign the next action by date
• Select [Save]
