Adding Notes
Notes can be recorded against a request, so that application users can be made aware of what actions have been taken or need to be taken. Notes will be copied onto the request from a referral as part of an installation request.
Adding Request Notes
- Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
- Select a service agreement to open the service agreement summary page
- Select the Requests tab and select the request
- Select [Edit]
- Select [Add] in the notes section to open the Add New Note window
Removing Request Notes
- Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
- Select a service agreement to open the service agreement summary page
- Select the Requests tab and select the request
- Select [Edit]
- Select the note hyper-link in the notes section to open the note
- Select [Archive]
Or
- Select [Cancel] to cancel the archiving of the note
Note: Notes may consist of up to 1024 characters and they cannot be edited once added.
