Add Task

Add Task

• Search for a Service Agreement with a pending request
• Navigate to the Request page, Select [Edit]
• Under the Task Section, Select [Add Task]
• Select the Task Type from the list
• Select [Save]

OR

• Select [Cancel] to discard

Note: Multiple tasks of each type can be added to a Request
