Schedule Individual Task
- Search for the Service Agreement with the Open Request
- Navigate to the Request Page, Select [Edit]
- Select the Schedule icon next to the task you want to Schedule
- The task will be available on the left hand side of the Planner
- Drag the task onto the technician and time you want to schedule it for
Note: You can schedule to unassigned, this will just give the task a scheduled time
- Double click on the task to show the details
Schedule All Tasks for a Request
- Search for the Service Agreement with the Open Request
- Navigate to the Request Page
- Select [Schedule] under the Task section
- All Tasks for the Request will appear on the left hand side of the Planner
- Drag the tasks onto the technician and time you want to schedule them for
