Complete Task Forms

Search for the Service AGreement with the open Request
Navigate to the Request page, select [Edit]
Select the Complete Form Icon
Complete all mandatory sections of the form , Select Complete if no further Edits are required
Select [Save] to Save the Form

Select [Cancel] to discard the edits on the form

Note: If the Form is an Assessment and Task form, an Assessment will be added to the Assessment tab of the Service Agreement on completion of the form

Note: Any pre-defined sections completed within the form will update the domain on completion of the Form
