Agreement Details
A Service User can have a primary funder, commencement date and services assigned to the service agreement set.
To View the Agreement Funder, Services and Service Level
- Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
- Select a service agreement to open the service agreement summary page
- Select the View icon on the Services section to view the Services
OR
- Select the Pencil icon to open the page in Edit mode
- Select a Service Level form the drop down list
- Select the Calendar icon to allow the commencement date to be edited
- Select [Select a Funder] to open a list of possible Funders. The funder may be the Service user, a Service User Contact or an Organisation
Note: A Service Level can be calculated when completing a Service Support Plan Assessment Form
To Add Services to an agreement
- Select [+Ad]d Service] to add services to the agreement on the agreement details are in edit mode.
- Services can be flagged where VAT is applicable.
- The type of service, start date, end date and Account Holder can also be entered/selected
- Select [Save] to create a new service
Or
- Select [Cancel] to cancel the creation of a new service
- Selecting the breadcrumb for the Service Agreement 'Service User Name' will return back to the Service Agreement Summary page
To Remove Services from an agreement
- Select a current service from the services section
- Select [Edit]
- Enter an end date and select [Save] to end the service and return back to the service agreement details page where the end date will now be populated
Or
- Select [Cancel] to return back to the agreement details page
- Selecting the breadcrumb for the Service Agreement 'Service User Name' will return back to the Service Agreement Summary page
