Editing Dwelling Details

The Key Safe details, Dwelling Characteristics and Address details are shared by all Service Users that are linked to the same dwelling.  

• Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
• Select the Address hyper link to view the details

OR

• Select the Pencil icon to open the page in Edit mode
• Edit Address, Key Safe or Dwelling Characteristics
• Select [Save] to save the changes

OR

• Select [Cancel] to cancel the changes.

Note: All details of the service user will synchronise with PNC when the PNC Equipment ID has been generated.

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
