Cancel an existing referral

Cancel an Existing Referral

• From the home page Select Referrals
• Select Manage Referrals
• Search for the required referral (For more info see: Search a referral)

• Select the Pencil to edit the details

• Select [Cancel Referral]
• A Cancel Referral window will open for you to select a cancellation reason.  
• Select [Save] (cancellation reason will be reportable)

or

• Select [X] to exit the cancel referral dialogue.

Note: Cancellation Reasons are be associated a scope.

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
