Edit an existing referral

Edit an Existing Referral

• From the home page Select Referrals
• Select Manage Referrals
• Search for the required referral (For more info see: Search a referral)

• Select the Pencil to edit the details

• Update information as required
• Select [Save] to save the referral edits

or

• Select [Cancel] to exit without saving the changes

or

• [Validate] to progress the referral through the validation process.

or

• Select [Cancel Referral] to Cancel the Referral.

Note: Additional referral notes can be added to a referral during a referral edit.  These referral notes will be linked to the installation request for its lifetime.  Notes can be archived to indicate that a note has been processed, but notes can never be deleted.
