Copy an Assessment

• Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
• Select the Assessment tab to display any existing assessments for the selected service user, the latest assessment will be sorted to the top
• Select [Copy] Action button to make a copy of the selected assessment. 
• A new Assessment will be created, populated with the answers from the previous Assessment
• Expand the sections to add or edit any answers
• Select [Save] will create a new assessment, if selecting signed by service user then the assessment will be saved as completed, otherwise it will be left pending for further edits to be made.

OR

• Selecting [Cancel] to discard the changes

Note: An assessment must have a future dated next review date, which will be reported on and made available through Information Manager.  This assessment must be marked as complete in order to allocate stock if it is deemed a mandatory step in the referral process and is configured as a required step.

Note: The edits to the new assessment will not affect the previously saved and completed assessment even though the previous answers formed the basis of the new assessment
