Editing an Assessment

Once an assessment is created the details can be edited up to, and including, the point where it has been signed off by the user.  A partly completed assessment can be edited.

• Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
• Select the Assessment tab on the Service Agreement
• Select the [Pencil] at the side of the pending assessment and edit the details.

Note: A completed assessment cannot be edited.  

• Select [Save] to save the changes that have been made and return to the Service agreement assessment page

Or

• Select [Cancel] to discard any changes that have been made.
