Creating a New Service Agreement

• Once mandatory fields have been completed on the new referral
• Select [Validate]
• The system will then search existing Service Agreements and display any potential matches.
• In this instance no matches will be found
• Select [Create] this will create a new service agreement for the referral.  
• An installation request will be created on the Service Agreement.  

Notes: In this validation pathway no possible matches are found, therefore the only option is to create a new Service Agreement for the Service User
